Leaf Cuisine was started as a restaurant in 2004 by Chef Rod Rotondi and expanded to premium packaged raw foods in 2006 selling to natural food retailers like Whole Foods Market. In 2013, Leaf Cuisine refocused solely on its packaged foods and brought out its now super popular, “Probiotic Cashew Spreads”. In 2015, the “Probiotic Mousse” line of desserts was launched as well as the “NOT Cream Cheese Spreads”. These certified non-GMO, certified Vegan, soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and raw foods are the “Antidote to Processed Foods.”
