His talk will cover the different types of plant proteins, the reasons behind the skyrocketing global demand and the economic opportunity that offers us here in Alberta. David is the program lead of the province's Value-added Fractionation and Natural Health Products Program at the Bio-Processing Innovation Centre (BPIC) that helps companies from concept to scale-up.

He will be joined at the webinar by one of his clients, Roi Wurgaft of Wurgaft Consulting, to talk about his experiences at BPIC.
