• Each published series maps to one official report row, including commodity and the relevant report-specific row dimensions.
• Protein Report does not average across AMS trade locations, classes, grades, categories, organic/conventional rows, delivery-point rows, or reports.
• Pulse bid values are source-reported average grower bids in dollars per hundredweight. Cold-storage values are source-reported current holdings in pounds.
