PSD rows expose a `Market_Year` source field; Protein Report presents that as marketing year for reader-facing commodity context.

Methodology
- Published PSD series use official annual world aggregate rows from USDA FAS Production, Supply and Distribution.
- Values are stored in source units of 1,000 metric tons; Protein Report does not multiply the source values.
- PSD marketing-year observations can be revised across multiple historical years; published series preserve those official revisions when source rows change.
- Country-level rows, local commodity variants, extraction rates, and derived ratios are not included in these world aggregate series.
