Gourmey

Gourmey is developing a delicious and 100% ethical foie gras without force-feeding or slaughter from duck cells. The development starts from a freshly laid duck egg from which a few cells are extracted and placed in a cultivator. The cells multiply naturally to create a real duck foie gras.
