What to Expect?

Day 1 – Technical Course + Workshops
Gain practical, science-driven insights into ingredient functionality, formulation strategies, and next-generation product development. The Bezos Center for Sustainable Protein at North Carolina State University will lead the morning sessions, followed by immersive workshops at SunOpta’s headquarters in Eden Prairie.
