District 3 has partnered with the XPRIZE Foundation to lead the Feed the Next Billion competition in Canada. This global challenge is focused on solutions that produce a sustainable alternative to chicken breasts or fish fillets that replicate and/or outperform conventional foods.

District 3 is investing in the future of alternative proteins, agri-tech, and biotech. We are looking for Canadians working in alternative proteins to network, collaborate and build teams around XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion challenge.
